I just wanted to keep you posted on today's activity. I feel like I am nearing the end of this ordeal and am thankful to be able to say that in good spirits. I hope to resume my regular routine this coming Tuesday. Yoga (Vinyasa style) has been helping me greatly. I am crossing my fingers that it all goes well in the coming days. I can't tell you or explain in words how much I miss my active life and my clients.
